Following our work to entirely reimagine the Altis brand, it was critical that their communication reflected this in a way appropriate to their new positioning. Having reviewed existing means by which staff took notes and collated information pertinent to client interactions, we proposed a ‘compendium’ which would allow for functional note-talking while acting as a strikingly visual brand ambassador.
We wanted to create an immersive brand experience as much as a functional item, using the medium to extend the new brand language and enhance the tone. Additionally, we took the opportunity to review how Altis communicated visually, undertaking a range of market reviews to gain insight into how typical audiences. This then informed how the piece could come together most effectively and what visual cues would be appropriate.
Rather than opt for the bland off-the-shelf corporate style ‘plether’ folder, this compendium has been created and produced uniquely for Altis, including custom-dyed leather, hand stitching, brandmark embossing and internal notebooks.
We undertook the entire process from planning and concept to design, content creation and production, working closely with the Altis team (dispersed across 3 countries and timezones) throughout.
