Bringing the Altis brand to life internally through a people-centred staff engagement booklet.
Following the reimagining of the Altis brand, it became clear that internal communication would play a critical role in bringing people along on the journey. To support this, we planned and developed a staff engagement booklet designed to introduce the refreshed brand in a way that felt human, inclusive and authentic — helping employees see Altis clearly as a people-centred business.
The booklet was conceived as an immersive brand experience, working in parallel with other internal and external channels. It extended the new brand language through tone, storytelling and visual expression, balancing strategic messaging with warmth and approachability. Alongside the design, we reviewed and refined Altis’ written communication, drawing on market insight to shape language that felt natural, engaging and aligned with how people absorb and interpret information.
We delivered the project end to end, from planning and photography through to copywriting, design and print. Working closely with the Altis team across three countries and time zones, we produced a compact yet richly layered piece that introduced the brand with clarity and confidence. Central to its success was a collaborative photoshoot that moved beyond traditional corporate imagery, capturing the Altis team in a more natural, expressive way and reinforcing the human qualities at the heart of the brand.
