A thoughtfully crafted prospectus to showcase Ascham’s opportunities, values and culture through the lived experiences of its students.
Ascham needed a prospectus that truly reflected the depth and character of the School — something far more engaging than the dated, fragmented documents previously used to introduce families to life at Ascham.
Working closely with the Director of Community Engagement and Head of School, we created a new Prospectus that captures the warmth, ambition and everyday reality of the School through the voices and experiences of students themselves. The result is a compelling, 40-page expression of the Ascham story that feels authentic, confident and unmistakably theirs.
Process
- Defining the narrative: Worked with School leadership to shape a prospectus that balanced brand storytelling, curriculum clarity and the lived student experience.
- Writing with purpose: Developed all editorial content, crafting a tone that reflects the School’s values while allowing students’ voices and perspectives to lead the story.
- Visual storytelling: Planned and art-directed photography to capture real moments, genuine interactions and the School’s vibrant environment.
- Designing the publication: Created a cohesive, contemporary layout that brings clarity to information while amplifying the emotional connection for prospective families.
- Production management: Oversaw all print and production details to ensure the final piece matched the ambition and quality of the concept.
Outcome
- A single, powerful publication that replaces multiple outdated documents and presents a unified, compelling introduction to Ascham.
- A prospectus that brings the School’s environment, opportunities and ethos to life through real voices, real images and authentic storytelling.
